April Fools
Seems like a creative way to celebrate Easter: New beginnings. New blog! Or maybe because it's April Fools. Who knows, really. I love and loathe Easter. I mean, it's good for some fun, it's generally an enjoyable day to spend time with the people you appreciate. On the other hand, the Internet becomes a minefield of lies and everybody has their own joke to tell, usually in the form of fake announcements. Oh wait, I'm talking about April Fools. Yeah, I keep mixing up the two today for some reason. Why did I make this blog? For a one-off joke? Actually, no. It's a weird thing for me. I don't do April Fools all that well. I don't have a lot of talent for pranks, and whichever pranking talent I got, I got it from my dad... whose biggest joke is to randomly say "Merry Christmas" at the end of phone calls with my mom, no matter the time of year. As a result, while I do indulge in the yearly pleasures of April Fools, I tend to be... um... weird ...
